LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The North Shore Community Foundation humbly recognizes that we operate on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Squamish Nation (Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw) and Tsleil-Waututh Nation (səlilwətaɬ).  We pay our respects and extend our gratitude to the Indigenous peoples who have stewarded these lands through generations. We are dedicated to creating community impact and nurturing relationships that contribute to meaningful Reconciliation.

We pledge to collaborate with Indigenous communities to build a future that honours and commemorates their history, culture, and contributions. Our initiatives are designed to create a lasting influence that fosters Reconciliation and fortifies the ties within our collective community.
