The Foundation is pleased to be able to assist in setting up funds from bequests and donations by individuals, lawyers, financial planners and corporations. In addition we can negotiate agreements with non-profit organizations to manage an endowment fund for you.

There is no charge for this service unless the agreement is very complex and we need to engage outside services.  It is important for everyone to understand the legal requirement of the commitment we are making and to understand the donor’s expectations.
